At Hair Excellence, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there is any concern with your order, we are here to help. Please read our return and exchange guidelines below.

General Policy

  • The MRP tag must remain attached to the product. If the tag is removed, the product will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products purchased during sale events or using coupon codes are eligible for exchange only, not for refunds.
  • Each product is eligible for only one-time return or exchange request.
  • Orders placed from a Hair Excellence Experience Center or after a Home Trial are eligible for exchange only, not return.
  • Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange, except in rare cases approved by our team.
  • Hair accessories, tools, hair fibers, and hair powders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
  • The ₹99 partial payment made at the time of ordering Hair Fiber or Hair Powder is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • If a product was purchased with a free gift, the gift must also be returned. If not returned, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

1. Return / Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product meets the conditions mentioned below.

 

2. Conditions for Return / Exchange

Your product will qualify for return or exchange if:

  1. The product is unused and in its original condition.
  2. The product has not been brushed, combed, cut, washed, styled, or altered.
  3. The MRP tag and original packaging are intact.

4.    If the lace of the wig is cut or altered, the product will not be eligible for return or exchange.

5.    Products showing signs of wear, styling, odor, or damage will not qualify for return or exchange.

  1. The product is not customized.
  2. The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

If these conditions are not met, Hair Excellence reserves the right to reject the return request.


3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please email us with the following details:

Please include:

  • Order ID
  • Unboxing video of the product
  • A clear explanation of the issue or reason for return/exchange

Important:
The unboxing video must be recorded in one continuous shot without any cuts.

4. Reverse Pickup

If your return or exchange request is approved, Hair Excellence will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at no additional cost.

Please ensure the product is properly packed for pickup.


5. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection.

If the product passes the quality check:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will contact you to arrange the refund through an online payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 12–15 working days after the product is received and approved by our quality team.
