All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an order confirmation and shipping details via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Timeline
Metro Cities: 2–4 working days
Other Locations: 4–7 working days
Remote Areas: 5–9 working days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability and location.
3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on prepaid orders (if applicable as per ongoing offers).
A standard shipping fee may apply on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
You can track your order status in real-time using the provided link.
5. Delivery Guidelines
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays.
Orders will be delivered only to the address provided at the time of placing the order.
In case of multiple delivery attempts failing, the order may be returned to us.
6. Partial Payments (Hair Fiber & Hair Powder Orders)
Certain products like Hair Fiber and Hair Powder may require a Rs-99 partial payment at the time of order.
This amount is non-refundable under any circumstances, even if the order is canceled or returned.
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered, please:
Do not accept the delivery, or
Record a clear unboxing video (mandatory for any claims)
This will help us assist you quickly with your concern.
8. Shipping & Returns Relationship
All return and exchange requests must follow our Return & Exchange Policy.
Customers must provide a proper unboxing video to raise any shipping-related issues.
If a return is approved, reverse pickup will be arranged at no additional cost.
